1. How long does it take to open a Demat Account with you?

It will take 24 hours for the Online Account to be get activated.

2. What are the Account Opening Charges?

We are offering Free Account Opening and Rs.299/- Brokerage Reversal Scheme in which you will get Rs.499/- brokerage reversal in your trades.

3. What is the Demat AMC?

Demat AMC is Free for the first year and Rs. 299 for next year onwards

4. What is your Brokerage Plan?

Delivery Trading – Zero Brokerage.
In Intraday Trading – Rs.18 or 0.01% Per Executed Order whichever is lower.
F&O Trade – Rs.18 Per Executed Order (No matter a number of Lots)
Commodity – Rs.18 Per Executed Order (No matter the number of Lots)

Also, we have 2 more plans, High Volume Traders:

# Plan of Rs 999 / Rs 499 Monthly Fix Brokerage.
# Plan of Rs 9 Flat Brokerage per executed order (All Segments).

5. You mentioned that account opening is free but when I am applying why am I being charged?

We are providing free account opening along with brokerage reversal benefit on opting Rs.299/- Scheme. Therefore, this is not an Account Opening Charge. The client can get the brokerage reversal of Rs.499/- on his/her day-to-day trading Brokerage for 365 days from the date of Account Opening.

6. What is the margin facility?

Margins are the same as prescribed by Exchange / SEBI. Many Clients are not aware of Margin Benefits. The margin requirement framework has been modified by NSE w.e.f June 1st, 2020. 7. What is the brokerage for option selling and what is the exposure?

Rs.18/- Flat Brokerage irrespective of the quantity of the number of lots Rs.18/- is the maximum brokerage charged per executed order. If the order is not executed, we won’t charge the brokerage.

8. How many applications of IPO through bank ASBA can be made?

Up to 5 applications can be applied from the same bank account per issue using ASBA

9. How to transfer funds from the broker to the client’s account?

Send Payout request from your Mobile App/ Back Office

12. My Aadhar Number is not linked with mobile. Can I still Open an Account Online?

No’ in this case, you can apply Offline Account Opening by filling out a form or you can easily update your mobile number with your Aadhar by visiting the nearest “AADHAR SEVA KENDRA” after linking/updation of your mobile number you can open an online account with us.

13. Do you have Remiser/BDR Concept?

17. Can I open a Demat and Trading Account Online?

You can open a trading and Demat account online and get started. but you will need to sign the Power of Attorney (POA) in physical format & nomination form (if required) This is as per the regulatory guidelines.

18. How can I reset my password?

  • Visit www.rmoneyindia.com
  • Look for Login on the top right of the Home page. Then click on Online Trading
  • In the following page below the Login Button click on Forgot Password
  • Enter Trading ID and email ID or Mobile No. and submit

21. What do NCDEX Trading throw in Demat Account?

There is no link between NCDEX Trading and your Demat Account.

22. What is the timing for Payout request?

All requests received till 11:00 AM will be processed in the 1st batch by 12:00 Noon the same day while requests received till 3:30 PM will be processed in the 2nd batch by 4:00 PM same day.

23. Is Demat Account necessary for commodity trading?

RMoney offers equity commodities in one Demat Account. Demat Account is only required for equity stock trading. Demat is just a digital locker in which you hold your stocks in electronic form. For trading on FNO/Currencies/Commodity. Demat Account is not required as it is contract-based trading.

24. How much equity margin is required for trading?

30. What are the SWAPS available in India?

The Indian swap market broadly comprises parties with varied exposures to interest rate and currency risk via banks, primary dealers, mutual funds, insurance companies, and corporates. It is predominantly an inter-bank market, with maximum trading in Overnight Index Swaps (OIS) followed by MIFOR swaps.

33. What are the transaction charges for intraday and delivery in Equity NSE?

Transaction charges are Rs.345 per crore or 0.00345% for Intraday and delivery trades.

34. From where can I find my 2FA password?

At the time of account opening, we will provide the login password & 2FA password by default on clients’ registered email ID and mobile numbers. You can also re-generate your login/ 2FA password via using forgot password option on the online trading page. Click Here!

Our auto square-off time is 3:15 PM for equity.

37. What are your Balance/Fund Transfer charges?

Balance/fund transfer from broker to the client bank account (payout) is free of cost.

38. What are fund transfer charges?

Fund transfer charges are:

  • Zero in the Rs.18/- per order plan
  • Rs.9/- per trade in the Rs.999/Rs.499/- monthly plan
  • Rs.9/- per trade in the Rs.9/- per order plan

39. What are the square-off charges?

If any position is squared-off by our RMS team the Rs.18/- + GST will be charged

Equity:

Pre-market – 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM
Normal trading – 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM
Post-market – 3:40 PM to 4:00 PM

Note: All new IPOs are listed on the exchange at 10:00 am. The pre-open session is from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

Currency: Normal trading & cross-currency – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Commodity:

Internationally Referenceable Non-Agri Commodities – 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM – during daylight savings time – March to November (9:00 AM to 11:55 PM – November to March)
