What is stock market?
A stock market is a place where the shares of a public listed company are traded. Stock market is divided into a primary and secondary market.
Primary stock market is the one where companies come up with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for raising capital from the investors.
Secondary market is the one where the stocks already listed and offered for public investments are traded. In the secondary stock mark the investors buy and sell shares at a prevailing market price. Secondary stock mark or the stock exchanges are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
How Does Stock market work
The stock mark works in the following sequences
Understanding the stock exchange platforms
Listing of the companies and their stocks in the primary market.
The trading of the stocks then takes place in the secondary market
Trading is conducted through the stock brokers in the country. These can be an individual stock broker or a brokerage firm. The investors can associate with any one of them on the basis of their preferences.
Passing the order to the exchange.
Settlement of the order after finalization from the exchange.
For increasing their returns from stock trading investors need to associate with the best Indian stock broker.
"I opened a Demat Account with RMoney and took the Zero Brokerage Plan approximately 5 years back and I can gladly say that no other discount broker in India is giving the advisory services that can match their level. Extremely satisfied with their services. Their evening trading support is also the best in the industry so far."
"I already had a Demat Account with them. When I came to know about their referral program I shared it with my friends and they actually paid me for the account opened through my referral. I used to think all this is just a marketing strategy but this firm actually pays you for referring it to your friends."
"I was a beginner when I started trading with absolutely zero knowledge about stock trading. When I came to know about their Zero Brokerage Plan I was immediately attracted towards the plan. I can proudly say that my decision was not wrong. The fund transfer is free; they have flexible trading limits, and provide handholding support throughout the investment journey."

# KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets – once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (broker, DP, Mutual Fund etc.), you need not undergo the same process again when you approach another intermediary.
# No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing to IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign in the application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries for refund as the money remains in investor’s account.
