• Bharti Airtel & Vodafone Idea: Telecom stocks will be in focus after the Bombay High Court set aside the Department of Telecommunications’ 2012 decision to levy a one-time spectrum charge. The ruling could help resolve a long-standing dispute that remains pending before the Supreme Court.

• NLC India: The Government of India has launched an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 3% stake in NLC India. The sale involves up to 4.16 crore shares, with a floor price of ₹303 per share, compared to the stock’s previous close of ₹336.

• RVNL: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has secured a ₹221.33 crore EPC contract from South East Central Railway for infrastructure development works in Chhattisgarh.

• BEML: The state-owned engineering and manufacturing company is targeting an order book exceeding ₹31,000 crore in FY27, driven by opportunities in railways, high-speed trains, metro projects, and defence systems.

• SpiceJet: The airline plans to add three Airbus A320 aircraft to its fleet through a damp lease arrangement next month, further strengthening its operational capacity.

• HCLTech: HCLTech has partnered with Google Cloud to launch an AI Innovation Zone in Santa Clara, California, aimed at helping global enterprises scale agentic, kinetic, and physical AI solutions.

• Grasim Industries: The company has approved an investment of ₹3,094 crore for Phase-II expansion of its Lyocell manufacturing capacity at Harihar, Karnataka. The project will add 110,000 tonnes per annum capacity in two phases by 2028 and 2030.

• TCS: Tata Consultancy Services has launched its Global Value & Innovation Centres (GVIC) business unit to help enterprises establish AI-native Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and transform existing GCCs into innovation-driven hubs.

• JNK India: The company has received a significant international order worth between ₹100 crore and ₹300 crore from UAE-based CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions for waste gas handling systems.

• Vedanta: Vedanta has rebranded its copper and nickel businesses as Vedanta Copper and Vedanta Nickel to create focused sector identities. Separately, CopperTech Metals, which is preparing for a US listing, disclosed concerns regarding the financial sustainability of its Zambian subsidiary, Konkola Copper Mines (KCM).

• Avantel: The company has secured a ₹9.94 crore contract from DRDO for the development and testing of satellite communication terminals for GSAT applications.

• IRB Infrastructure Developers: The company reported a strong 25% year-on-year increase in toll collections, with revenue rising to ₹843 crore in May 2026 from ₹672 crore in the corresponding month last year.

• Panacea Biotec: Panacea Biotec has launched the DENSTAR project to support the licensing and global adoption of its dengue vaccine, DengiAll, with an initial focus on sub-Saharan Africa.

• JSW Energy: The company has commissioned its wind blade manufacturing facility at Halol, Gujarat, strengthening vertical integration and enhancing supply chain reliability in its renewable energy business.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

• Motilal Oswal Financial Services: HDFC Life Insurance acquired 18.2 lakh shares, representing a 0.3% stake, through a transaction valued at ₹153.3 crore.

• NRB Bearings: Promoter entity Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust 1 sold 43.7 lakh shares, equivalent to a 4.5% stake, for ₹170.43 crore.

• Cera Sanitaryware: Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio purchased 1.18 lakh shares, representing a 0.9% stake, in a deal worth ₹64.92 crore.

• Vertoz: Ace investor Shankar Sharma reduced his stake by selling 5.57 lakh shares (0.65% stake) for ₹2.05 crore at ₹36.85 per share.
