STOCKS IN NEWS

  • Ola Electric Mobility: The company has launched its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) on June 1, with a floor price of ₹37.74 per share.
  • Alkem Laboratories: The Samprada and Nanhamati Family Trust is expected to sell up to a 1.5% stake in the company through a block deal at a floor price of ₹5,200 per share.
  • NHPC: The Government of India will divest up to a 6% stake in NHPC through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on June 2 and 3. The base offer comprises a 3% stake, with an option to sell an additional 3%.
  • Larsen & Toubro (L&T): The infrastructure major is preparing to tap emerging opportunities in the coal gasification segment, a key area within the evolving energy landscape.
  • Anant Raj: The company has signed an MoU with the Haryana government to invest ₹20,000 crore in developing large-scale data centre infrastructure across the state.
  • Black Box: The Essar Group company has partnered with AI-native technology firm AIONOS to help enterprises accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Wipro: Wipro has increased its stake in insurance-focused technology consulting firm Aggne to 80% through a cash investment of $28.5 million.
  • Wockhardt: The company expects to commercially launch its newly approved antibiotic Zaynich in the US by the end of 2026 or early 2027, followed by India shortly thereafter.
  • PNC Infratech: The company has received a ₹194.4 crore EPC contract from the Lucknow Development Authority for the construction of a four-lane flyover, loops, and ramps at Shaheed Path Intersection.
  • Equitas Small Finance Bank / ESAF SFB: RBI has approved Mirae Asset Mutual Fund to acquire up to a 9.5% stake in ESAF Small Finance Bank.
  • Paytm: Subsidiary Paytm Cloud Technologies has completed an additional €9 million investment in Paytm Europe Payments.
  • Emami: The FMCG company has completed the acquisition of a 59.69% stake in IncNut Digital, making it a subsidiary effective June 1, 2026.
  • SoftTech Engineers: The company has partnered with BMC to launch CivitTWIN, an AI-powered digital approval platform for building permit processing.

  • Capri Global Capital: Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore acquired 50 lakh shares (0.51% stake) worth ₹96.25 crore at ₹192.5 per share. Sellers included Samvrudhi Tradesol and Gainful Multitrade.
  • Lloyds Metals & Energy: BNP Paribas Financial Markets purchased 8.96 lakh shares (0.15% stake) from Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore for ₹161.52 crore at ₹1,802.1 per share.
  • Indiabulls: Unico Global Opportunities Fund acquired 1.5 crore shares (0.64% stake) worth ₹31.5 crore from ACM Global Fund VCC at ₹21 per share.
  • KSR Footwear: Alpa Wealth Creator bought 1 lakh shares in the company for ₹33.32 lakh at ₹33.29 per share.
