  • Rate-Sensitive Stocks: Auto, banking, real estate, and consumer durable stocks will remain in focus as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announces its monetary policy decision today.
  • ICICI Bank: SEBI has issued a warning to ICICI Bank for permitting a foreign portfolio investor (FPI) to withdraw funds before completing the mandatory lock-in period under the Voluntary Retention Route (VRR), violating regulatory requirements.
  • Tata Steel: Firefighting operations continued at Tata Steel UK’s Port Talbot steel plant in South Wales after a major fire incident. Workers’ unions have indicated that the blaze may have caused significant damage to the facility.
  • IndiGo: The airline has announced a temporary suspension of services to six international destinations—Langkawi, Krabi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Siem Reap—from July to September due to seasonal demand weakness and rising operating costs.
  • Ola Electric: The EV manufacturer successfully raised around ₹780 crore through its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), exceeding its initial fundraising target of ₹500 crore.
  • Vodafone Idea: Vodafone Idea has partnered with Meta to introduce silent mobile verification for its users across WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.
  • Aurobindo Pharma: The company has secured final USFDA approval for Tofacitinib Tablets (5 mg and 10 mg), a generic version of Pfizer’s Xeljanz used in treating autoimmune disorders.
  • Dhampur Bio Organics: The company has entered into a joint venture with Orgonew Private Limited to develop and commercialize phyto bio-active functional food products, including curcumin-coated low-GI sugar. Dhampur will hold a 74% stake in the venture.
  • Hyundai Motor India: Hyundai plans to establish Tamil Nadu as its primary EV manufacturing and supply-chain hub in India, further strengthening localization efforts.
  • Mitsu Chem Plast: The company has announced a capacity expansion of approximately 2,550 metric tonnes per annum at its Khalapur facility, increasing its total production capacity to around 32,450 MTPA.
  • Suzlon Energy: Suzlon is expanding into round-the-clock renewable energy parks that combine solar, wind, and battery storage solutions to provide reliable clean energy.
  • IIFL Finance: The company has raised $500 million through its first-ever social bond issuance, carrying a coupon rate of 7.60% and a maturity of 3.25 years.
  • CG Power & Industrial Solutions: The company has commissioned a new Extra High Voltage (EHV) switchgear manufacturing facility in Nashik, Maharashtra, enhancing its power equipment manufacturing capabilities.
  • AvenuesAI: The company’s step-down subsidiary, Avenues World FZ LLC, has received in-principle approval from the Central Bank of the UAE for a Retail Payment Services – Category III Licence.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

  • Billionbrains Garage Ventures (Groww): Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE acquired 1.13 crore shares, representing a 0.18% stake, through a block deal worth ₹210.4 crore.
  • Go Digit General Insurance: Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund purchased 21.66 lakh shares worth ₹65 crore, while JPMorgan (Taiwan) Eastern Technology Fund acquired 11.66 lakh shares worth ₹35 crore.
  • Inventurus Knowledge Solutions: Kedaara Capital Public Markets Fund I increased its stake by purchasing an additional 2 lakh shares (0.11% stake) from Scott Hayworth for ₹33.09 crore at ₹1,654.90 per share.
  • Panacea Biotec: OHM Investment Corporation acquired 3.14 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.51% stake, in a transaction valued at ₹15.52 crore at ₹493.07 per share.
