STOCKS IN NEWS

  • DOMS: Italian stationery giant FILA (Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A.) is likely to sell up to a 7 percent stake in DOMS through block deals, with the floor price set at Rs 2,100 per share and the total block deal size estimated at Rs 892 crore, according to a CNBC-TV18 report. Foreign promoter FILA held a 26.01 percent stake in DOMS as of March 2026.
  • Wipro: The company announced the launch of its Applied AI Center of Excellence (CoE) for Claude models powered by Anthropic, reinforcing its commitment to accelerating enterprise AI adoption and impact. The CoE is a key initiative under the newly formed AI-Native Business & Platforms Unit.
  • Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences: The company has announced the launch of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue of equity shares on June 16. The floor price has been fixed at Rs 771.73 per share.
  • Bharat Forge: The company’s subsidiary, Kalyani Strategic Systems (KSSL), along with Paramount, unveiled the Simha 4×4—a next-generation light armoured multi-purpose vehicle—at Eurosatory 2026.
  • Prime Focus: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has disposed of adjudication proceedings against Prime Focus (PFL), its promoters, directors, chief financial officer, and audit committee members after concluding that the alleged violations related to the company’s accounting treatment of two business transfer transactions were not established.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

  • Sonata Software: Polunin Capital Partners-managed Polunin Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund has acquired 19.2 lakh shares of Sonata Software for Rs 56.7 crore at a price of Rs 295.12 per share.
  • Renaissance Global: Massachusetts Institute of Technology has acquired 16.4 lakh shares, representing a 1.5 percent stake in Renaissance Global, at Rs 106.58 per share, valuing the transaction at Rs 17.47 crore.
  • Nila Infrastructures: Care Wealth Advisors has purchased 19.77 lakh shares, representing a 0.5 percent stake in Nila Infrastructures, from Jainam Broking for Rs 1.58 crore. The transaction was executed at Rs 8 per share.
  • Nxt-Infra Trust: Nuvama Wealth Finance has acquired 51.5 lakh units of Nxt-Infra Trust from Larsen & Toubro for Rs 49.95 crore. The transaction price was Rs 97 per unit.
