- Maruti Suzuki: The company has received a customs duty demand of over ₹9 crore from the Maharashtra Customs Authority related to the classification and duty payment on imported goods.
- Uno Minda: The auto components manufacturer will invest ₹320 crore to set up a greenfield manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, marking its entry into the four-wheeler passenger vehicle seating systems segment. The plant will have an annual capacity of 2.4 lakh units and is expected to commence operations by Q4 FY28.
- BHEL: The PSU has partnered with thyssenkrupp nucera India to indigenise and locally manufacture alkaline electrolyser systems for green hydrogen projects in India.
- RCF: The state-run fertiliser company plans to raise up to ₹1,500 crore through a Follow-on Public Offer (FPO).
- IDFC First Bank: The bank has launched Provident Fund payment services through its integration with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) under the Ministry of Labour & Employment.
- Gold NBFCs: According to the RBI, outstanding loans against gold jewellery rose 69.9% YoY to ₹3.29 lakh crore at the end of May 2026, compared with ₹1.94 lakh crore a year earlier.
- Sun Pharma | SBI: State Bank of India and a consortium of 10 global banks are financing Sun Pharma’s $11.75 billion acquisition of US-based Organon & Co, announced earlier this year.
- Indian Hotels Company: The hospitality major signed 20 new hotel properties in Q1 FY27 and reiterated its target of building a 700-hotel portfolio by 2030 under its Accelerate 2030 strategy.
- Auto OEMs: Stocks such as Samvardhana Motherson and Bharat Forge may remain in focus after the Central Government advised automotive component manufacturers to strengthen cybersecurity checks for software and connected systems used in vehicles and EVs.
- Premier Energies: The company secured ₹3,011 crore worth of orders in Q1 for the supply of solar cells and modules, with contracts awarded by a mix of power producers and module manufacturers.
- IndiGo | SpiceJet: Domestic airlines carried 1.53 crore passengers in May 2026, up 11% MoM and 9.49% YoY. IndiGo’s market share declined to 64.9%, while SpiceJet’s share fell to 2.5%.
- Fractal Analytics: The company has been selected as a Preferred Services Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, enabling closer collaboration with Anthropic’s technical teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Torrent Pharmaceuticals: The company has fixed July 17 as the record date for determining eligible JB Chemicals shareholders under the merger scheme. Shareholders will receive 51 equity shares of Torrent Pharma (FV ₹5) for every 100 equity shares of JB Chemicals (FV ₹1).
- RRP Defense: The company has secured a ₹64.31 crore manufacturing contract from BEL for the supply of Telescopic Day Sight systems.
- Tata Power: The company is targeting ₹1 lakh crore in revenue and ₹10,000 crore in profit by 2030. It also plans to expand its solar manufacturing capacity with a new 10 GW facility in Odisha and enter the nuclear power sector, including Small Modular Reactors (SMRs).
- Ganesh Infraworld: Subsidiary Tykoon Mines GK has received a ₹100 crore subcontract work order.
- Orchid Pharma: The company has entered into a licensing and supply agreement with Pharmasyntez JSC for Exblifep (cefepime/enmetazobactam), a novel antibiotic used to treat complicated urinary tract infections (cUTI) and hospital-acquired & ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia (HAP/VAP).
- 3i Infotech: Subsidiary 3i Infotech Software Solutions LLC has secured an order worth AED 17.65 million from Vedant Consultancy FZ LLC, UAE, for providing IT consulting services in RPA, AI, Machine Learning, and Robotics over a 12-month period.
- Silver Touch Technologies: The company has received an order from RITES to design, develop, and implement PARAKH, an AI-based Detailed Project Report (DPR) appraisal and intelligence platform.

- Containerway International: Ace investor Ashish Chugh sold 67,612 shares (0.58% stake) worth ₹10.69 lakh at ₹15.82 per share.
- IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals: Polunin Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund LLC acquired 44.19 lakh shares (around 1.5% stake) worth ₹73.64 crore at ₹166.65 per share.
- Capital Small Finance Bank: Lyptus Punch-Card Fund, backed by Westbourne Investment Managers LLP, acquired 8.33 lakh shares (1.83% stake) from Amicus Capital Private Equity I LLP for ₹25 crore.
