STOCKS IN NEWS

• Ola Electric Mobility: The company has launched its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) on June 1, with a floor price of ₹37.74 per share.

• Equitas Small Finance Bank / ESAF SFB: RBI has approved Mirae Asset Mutual Fund to acquire up to a 9.5% stake in ESAF Small Finance Bank.
• Paytm: Subsidiary Paytm Cloud Technologies has completed an additional €9 million investment in Paytm Europe Payments.
• Emami: The FMCG company has completed the acquisition of a 59.69% stake in IncNut Digital, making it a subsidiary effective June 1, 2026.
• SoftTech Engineers: The company has partnered with BMC to launch CivitTWIN, an AI-powered digital approval platform for building permit processing.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

• Capri Global Capital: Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore acquired 50 lakh shares (0.51% stake) worth ₹96.25 crore at ₹192.5 per share. Sellers included Samvrudhi Tradesol and Gainful Multitrade.
• Lloyds Metals & Energy: BNP Paribas Financial Markets purchased 8.96 lakh shares (0.15% stake) from Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore for ₹161.52 crore at ₹1,802.1 per share.
• Indiabulls: Unico Global Opportunities Fund acquired 1.5 crore shares (0.64% stake) worth ₹31.5 crore from ACM Global Fund VCC at ₹21 per share.
• KSR Footwear: Alpa Wealth Creator bought 1 lakh shares in the company for ₹33.32 lakh at ₹33.29 per share.
