  • Bharti Airtel: Subsidiary Airtel Money has started commercial operations as a Type II non-deposit-taking NBFC.
  • Hero MotoCorp: The company will invest over ₹750 crore to set up its second Global Parts Centre (GPC) in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. With this, Hero MotoCorp’s total investment in the state will cross ₹3,200 crore.
  • CSM Technologies: Shares of the IT solutions provider are set to debut on Dalal Street today after raising ₹145.78 crore through its IPO.
  • Tata Technologies: The company has expanded its global partnership with Tenneco LLC for mobility transformation. Under the agreement, Tenneco is expected to invest over $100 million during the next five years.
  • Lupin: The company received an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the USFDA for its Somerset, New Jersey facility with a Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) classification. Separately, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) approved two new dosage strengths (62 mg and 83 mg) for NaMuscla, in addition to the existing 167 mg capsule.
  • Coal India: The PSU has received a Letter of Award worth ₹2,831.11 crore from Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited to set up a 600 MW solar power project.
  • Medi Assist Healthcare Services: The company has completed the acquisition of an additional 31.75% stake in Mayfair for ₹7.57 crore, increasing its holding from 60% to 91.75%.
  • Texmaco Rail & Engineering: The company has secured fresh orders worth ₹351.16 crore, including ₹253.28 crore from JSW (South) Rail Logistics and ₹97.88 crore from Sushila Transport.
  • Brainbees Solutions (FirstCry): The board has approved participation in the proposed OFS of subsidiary Swara Baby’s shares worth up to ₹300 crore as part of its planned IPO.
  • NLC India: Its wholly owned subsidiary, NLC India Renewables, has received a Letter of Award from Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited for developing 600 MW (2×300 MW) solar power projects at Jalaun Solar Park, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Sai Parenterals: Its Australian subsidiary, Noumed Pharmaceuticals, has renewed a long-term exclusive OTC medicines supply agreement with a leading Australian pharmacy chain, with an expanded product portfolio and higher contract value.
  • Srivasavi Adhesive Tapes: The company’s Polymer Division (Unit 5) in Bengaluru has signed a supply agreement with a global MNC for PP, HDPE, fabric and related products.
