STOCKS IN NEWS
- BEL: The defence PSU has secured additional orders worth ₹1,081 crore since its last disclosure on May 25, 2026. Major orders include communication equipment, radars, CBRN protection systems, seekers, avionics, upgrades, spares, and services.
- Craftsman Automation: Shares of the engineering company will be in focus amid reports that a promoter may sell a stake through a block deal.
- Delhivery: The logistics company has announced enhanced welfare initiatives for its 1 lakh frontline workforce, including accidental insurance of up to ₹15 lakh, family health insurance, and scholarships for employees’ children.
- Vedanta Aluminium: The newly listed company plans to double its production capacity from 30 LTPA to 60 LTPA to meet rising demand from the infrastructure, automotive, and electrification sectors.
- IREDA: The PSU has raised ₹1,500 crore through bonds maturing in 3.5 years at a cut-off yield of 7.34%.
- OMC Stocks: IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL will remain in focus as lower crude oil prices are expected to improve fuel marketing margins. However, JP Morgan cautioned that rising debt and uncertainty over fuel taxes may impact long-term earnings.
- JSW Infrastructure: The company has opened its QIP with a floor price of ₹290.35 per share.
- Vodafone Idea: The board has approved the allotment of 430 crore warrants to Suryaja Investments (Aditya Birla Group) at ₹11 per warrant. The company has received 25% upfront (₹2.75 per warrant), amounting to ₹1,182.5 crore.
- Bajaj Auto: The company has urged the Maharashtra Government to release pending subsidy payments, seeking around 60% of the subsidy claimed on its electric two-wheelers.
- Yash Highvoltage: The company has approved a fundraise of up to ₹151 crore through a preferential issue to expand its RIP bushing manufacturing facility from 245 kV to 550 kV.
- Info Edge (India): The company has invested over ₹1,003 crore in 54 AI and deeptech startups since 2020. Its investment of ₹614 crore in 28 AI startups is now valued at ₹1,268 crore, delivering a 2.1x multiple and an estimated 31% gross IRR.
- Lemon Tree Hotels: The company has signed a new Lemon Tree Hotel in Janakpur, Nepal, which will be managed by its subsidiary Carnation Hotels.
- APAR Industries: Its subsidiary APAR Industries Middle East has signed an agreement with Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company to supply base oils at the lubeHub Value Park in Yanbu.
- Syrma SGS: The company has partnered with Kaga Electronics to form a joint venture focused on manufacturing for Japanese customers. Syrma SGS will hold a 60% stake, while Kaga Electronics India will own the remaining 40%.
BULK DEALS
- Horizon Reclaim: Bandhan Mutual Fund acquired 1.2 lakh shares (0.6% stake) in Horizon Reclaim India for ₹1.67 crore at ₹139.95 per share.
- Baazar Style Retail: Giriraj Ratan Damani sold 5.07 lakh shares worth ₹16.55 crore at ₹326.4 per share.
