STOCKS IN NEWS

  • Adani Group Stocks: Five Adani Group companies — Adani Enterprises, Adani Total Gas, AWL Agri Business, Adani Green Energy and Adani Energy Solutions — have settled SEBI adjudication proceedings related to the Hindenburg report.
  • Aditya Infotech: ₹1,500 crore QIP opened on September 22, 2026, with a floor price of ₹3,648.43 per equity share. The company may offer a discount of up to 5%.
  • Arvind SmartSpaces: Arvind Sylva crossed ₹500 crore in bookings within 30 days of launch, with 60% of inventory absorbed by value. The Bengaluru project has a topline potential of ₹860 crore.
  • Sapphire Foods: Received a GST show-cause notice of ₹516.84 crore under the Tamil Nadu SGST Act for April 2023–March 2024 and another notice of ₹21.47 crore for FY23.
  • Coforge: Expanded AgenticOps capabilities under its Nuuron suite to help enterprises scale AI agents securely and efficiently.
  • Brookfield India REIT: SPV Kairos Properties signed an agreement to acquire office units across the 5th and 6th floors of the Delphi building in Downtown Powai, Mumbai, for ₹75.2 crore.
  • Spectrum Electrical Industries: Signed an MoU with the Maharashtra Government to develop and upgrade Jalgaon’s Government ITI under the PPP model.
  • Persistent Systems: Secured 75.68 lakh equity shares, representing approximately 61.15% of Nagarro SE’s outstanding share capital, through a voluntary public takeover offer. Along with its existing 22.10% stake acquired from Lantano Beteiligungen GmbH, Persistent’s aggregate holding stood at 83.25%, excluding treasury shares, as of September 17.
  • IRB Infrastructure Developers: Board granted in-principle approval to monetise non-core assets through phased development of around 350 acres of land out of the 1,100 acres owned by Aryan Infrastructure Investments at Taje and Pimpaloli in Pune district.
  • Allcargo Terminals: Total volumes in August 2026 stood at 65,600 TEUs, up 6% year-on-year and 5% month-on-month.
  • Lemon Tree Hotels: Opened Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Nashik, marking the Group’s first hotel in the city and expanding its presence in Maharashtra.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

  • Pine Labs: Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte, owned by US-based Mastercard Incorporated, exited Pine Labs by selling its entire 4.31% stake, or 4.97 crore shares, for ₹933.57 crore. The shares were sold to 13 domestic and global institutional investors at ₹187.75 per share.
  • RHI Magnesita India: Dalmia Bharat Refractories sold 2.29 crore shares, representing an 11.1% stake, for ₹825.88 crore. The sale was part of its 12.54% holding in RHI Magnesita India as of June 2026.
  • Veegaland Developers: Promoter and founder Chittilappilly Thomas Kochuouseph acquired an additional 2.69 lakh shares, representing a 0.55% stake, for ₹3.7 crore at ₹138.46 per share.
  • Mazda: Croll Reynolds International Inc sold an additional 2.42 lakh shares, representing a 1.21% stake, for ₹5.91 crore at ₹243.51 per share. Meanwhile, Sharmin Nasser acquired 1.6 lakh shares for ₹3.89 crore at ₹243.23 per share.
