• Jewellery Stocks: Shares of jewellery companies such as Titan Company, Kalyan Jewellers, and Senco Gold are expected to remain in focus after the government increased import duty on gold and silver to 15% from 6%. The move is aimed at reducing overseas purchases of precious metals and easing pressure on India’s foreign exchange reserves.
• RVNL: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has been declared the L1 bidder for a project worth ₹221.33 crore in the Bilaspur Division of South East Central Railway. The project involves electronic interlocking and signalling & telecommunication (S&T) works.
• Power Stocks: Shares of thermal power companies including NTPC, Adani Power, and Tata Power may see action after the Uttar Pradesh government approved a proposal to set up thermal power units with a combined capacity of 2,400 MW in Prayagraj district. The project is expected to attract investments of nearly ₹33,000 crore over the next five years.
• ITC: FMCG major ITC said it is leveraging its integrated ‘phygital’ ecosystem, powered by tech-enabled solutions under ITCMAARS, to strengthen farm resilience, improve agricultural productivity, and enhance farmer livelihoods.
• AU Small Finance Bank: Dailoqa, a specialist in agentic AI and data solutions for financial services, has successfully deployed AU Small Finance Bank’s first AI-native loan origination system using its enterprise-grade Broccoli platform.
• United Breweries: United Breweries said a tax demand order of ₹275 crore has been reduced to nil by the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal.
• PNC Infratech: The company has signed a settlement agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for ₹234.99 crore under the Government of India’s ‘Vivad Se Vishwas II (contractual disputes)’ scheme.
• Interarch Building Solutions: The company has secured an order worth ₹102 crore for the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and erection of a pre-engineered steel building system.
• Texmaco Rail & Engineering: Texmaco Rail has received a Letter of Award worth ₹4,045 crore from Tsiko Africa Logistics (Pty) and Barberry Holdings (Pty) for the supply of freight wagons, locomotives, components, and long-term maintenance services.

BULK DEALS

• Billionbrains Garage Ventures (Groww): Prominent investors including YC Holdings, Ribbit Capital, and Peak XV Partners collectively sold shares worth ₹5,326 crore, representing a 4.7% stake in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of investment platform Groww.
• Fedbank Financial Services: True North Fund VI LLP sold 2.56 crore shares, equivalent to a 6.86% stake, in Fedbank Financial Services to Nomura for ₹385.4 crore at ₹150 per share.
