  • Adani Group: Shares of all 10 listed Adani Group companies are expected to remain in focus after the US Department of Justice dropped all criminal charges against founder Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar Adani. The decision effectively closes the high-profile securities and wire fraud case in New York.
  • Oil marketing companies (OMCs): Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Indian Oil Corporation will remain in focus after petrol and diesel prices were increased by 90 paise per litre on May 19, marking the second fuel price hike within a week.
  • Lupin: The pharma company has received tentative approval from the USFDA for its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) for Revefenacin Inhalation Solution, 175 mcg/3 mL unit-dose vials.
  • Eicher Motors: The Andhra Pradesh government has approved a 215.7-acre land parcel at Tada for the company’s proposed greenfield manufacturing facility, involving an investment of up to ₹2,500 crore.
  • Vascon Engineers: The Pune-based construction firm has secured a Letter of Intent worth ₹131.58 crore (excluding GST) from Reliance Industries for construction work linked to the Jamnagar expansion project.
  • Indian Oil Corporation: The company reported a 78 percent year-on-year rise in Q4FY26 net profit to ₹14,458 crore, while consolidated revenue from operations increased marginally to ₹2.36 trillion.
  • Indraprastha Gas Limited: The company posted a 21 percent YoY decline in Q4FY26 net profit to ₹277.08 crore, although revenue from operations rose 6 percent to ₹4,571.49 crore.
  • Astral: Revenue for the March 2026 quarter grew 24.2 percent YoY to ₹2,089 crore, while net profit increased 18.8 percent to ₹213 crore. The board also announced a dividend of ₹2.5 per share.
  • Puravankara: The real estate developer reported a net profit of ₹110 crore in Q4FY26, compared to a loss of ₹88 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue surged 117.3 percent YoY to ₹1,501.9 crore.

  • JSW Steel: GQG Partners’ Emerging Markets Equity Fund acquired 1.5 crore shares (0.61 percent stake) worth ₹1,890 crore, while SBI Mutual Fund bought an additional 1 crore shares (0.4 percent stake) worth ₹1,260 crore.
  • PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery: Promoter Govind Vishwanath Gadgil purchased an additional 1.6 lakh shares (0.5 percent stake) worth ₹5.85 crore at ₹365.78 per share.
  • EFC (I): Sageone Investment Managers’ Flagship Growth 2 Fund sold 1.47 lakh shares worth ₹22.24 lakh at ₹15.08 per share, while Forbes EMF offloaded 89,320 shares valued at ₹13.39 lakh at ₹15 per share.
