• Titan: Titan is stepping up its presence in the premium and luxury watch segment, valued at over ₹25,000 crore, aiming to compete more aggressively with global brands such as Swatch Group and Seiko.
• NMDC: State-owned miner NMDC plans to invest ₹40,000–50,000 crore over the next three years to expand production capacity, enter coal mining, and explore critical mineral opportunities in India and overseas.
• IEX: Indian Energy Exchange reported electricity trading volumes of 12,983 million units in May 2026, registering a strong 18.6% year-on-year growth.

• LTM: LTM unveiled its new Managed Secure Service Edge (SSE) solution at Cisco Live 2026, expanding its cybersecurity and network service offerings.
• BHEL: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited has signed a contract worth approximately ₹2,000–2,500 crore with Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals, Nigeria, for gas turbine generator packages for refinery and polypropylene plant projects.
• NBCC: NBCC has secured fresh work orders worth around ₹83.24 crore, including a ₹39.99 crore contract from Canara Bank for constructing a residential building in Borivali West, Mumbai.
• Indiabulls: The board has approved raising up to ₹1,000 crore through the preferential issue of 51.55 crore warrants, convertible into equity shares at ₹19.40 per warrant.
• ideaForge Technology: The drone manufacturer has approved plans to raise up to ₹500 crore through various instruments, including equity shares, convertible securities, warrants, QIP, and private placements.
• MedPlus Health: A Telangana-based MedPlus outlet has received a one-day suspension of its drug licence.
• AstraZeneca Pharma: AstraZeneca Pharma has surrendered its factory licence, completing its previously announced exit from manufacturing operations in India.
• JBM Auto: JBM Auto emerged as the market leader in India’s electric bus segment during May 2026, capturing a 49% market share compared to 33% in April.
• Agarwal Industrial Corporation: The company secured a ₹477.5 crore order from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation for the supply of 1.3 lakh metric tonnes of bulk bitumen across Mumbai and Mangalore locations.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

• Lenskart Solutions: SoftBank-backed SVF II Lightbulb (Cayman) sold 5.65 crore shares, representing a 3.25% stake, through a block deal valued at ₹2,873.3 crore.
• GMR Airports: GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund offloaded 19.5 crore shares, equivalent to a 1.84% stake, worth ₹1,906.12 crore.
• Inventurus Knowledge Solutions: Kedaara Capital Public Markets IFSC Fund I acquired 1.55 lakh shares from Scott Hayworth in a transaction valued at ₹25.31 crore.
• Balu Forge Industries: Minerva Ventures Fund purchased 6.25 lakh shares of Balu Forge Industries for ₹30.37 crore at ₹486.04 per share.
