  • Reliance Industries: RISE Worldwide, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has partnered with Major League Baseball to promote baseball in India. The partnership will focus on marketing, social media, and commercial activities, along with a live event in Mumbai scheduled for October 2026.
  • Pace Digitek: The company has received an advance work order worth ₹264.6 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited for design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation, and maintenance of middle-mile and last-mile networks under the BharatNet programme in the Sikkim telecom circle.
  • Glenmark Pharmaceuticals: The company’s subsidiary, Ichnos Glenmark Innovation, has announced a new development candidate, ISB 2301, a first-in-class immune cell activator for treating multiple solid tumours by activating T cells and NK cells.
  • Aditya Birla Capital: The board has approved a preferential issue of ₹2,880 crore to Grasim Industries, ₹200 crore to Suryaja Investment Pte Ltd, and ₹920 crore to International Finance Corporation to strengthen the company’s capital base and support future growth plans.
  • Rail Vikas Nigam Limited: The company has emerged as the lowest bidder for a ₹164.18 crore project awarded by East Coast Railway.
  • JK Cement: The cement manufacturer has received a Letter of Intent from the Andhra Pradesh government for the allocation of a mining lease for the Dommarnandyala Block-3 limestone reserve.
  • Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories: The company has launched its oral semaglutide biosimilar in India under the brand name Obeda for the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
  • Ola Electric: The EV maker reported a net loss of ₹500 crore in the January–March quarter, improving from a loss of ₹870 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year.
  • HG Infra Engineering: Due to uncertainty around project execution, the company has decided not to include projects worth ₹4,142 crore in its executable order book until further clarity is received from Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC).
