STOCKS IN NEWS
- Alkem Laboratories: The company has launched Semaglutide in India in a single-shot pre-filled syringe format, with prices starting at ₹350 per unit.
- Infosys: Infosys has expanded its strategic partnership with Norway’s largest bank, DNB Bank ASA, to modernize financial crime management operations using the NICE Actimize X-Sight Enterprise platform.
- Bliss GVS Pharma: The company’s Palghar manufacturing facility has received an Inspection Closure Report from the WHO, confirming compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Dhanuka Agritech: The company has announced a buyback of up to 5 lakh equity shares at ₹1,400 per share, aggregating up to ₹70 crore. The buyback opens on June 4 and closes on June 10, 2026.
- Canara Bank: The board has approved plans to raise up to ₹8,500 crore during FY27 through Basel III-compliant bonds, including ₹4,500 crore via Additional Tier-I bonds and ₹4,000 crore through Tier-II bonds.
- Concord Biotech: The company has received USFDA approval for its ANDA for Mycophenolate Mofetil for Oral Suspension USP, 200 mg/mL.
- Tata Group Stocks: Tata Trusts and Tata Sons are scheduled to hold board meetings on June 8 and June 12, respectively. The agenda has not been disclosed.
- Godrej Industries: The company has entered the wealth management business and aims to build assets under management (AUM) of ₹1 trillion over the next five years.
- Paytm: Uber and Paytm have each invested ₹60 crore in the government-backed Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).
- Hindustan Unilever: The company has inaugurated a new Unilever Fragrance Hub in Mumbai, strengthening India’s role as a key innovation and R&D centre for the group.
- Adani Group: Group companies reported record FY26 capital expenditure of ₹1.53 trillion and all-time high EBITDA of ₹94,834 crore, while maintaining leverage below targeted levels.
- Transrail Lighting: The EPC company has secured fresh orders worth ₹575 crore across transmission & distribution, civil infrastructure, and pole manufacturing segments.
- John Cockerill India: The company has received a major order worth ₹1,250–1,300 crore from JSW Vijayanagar Metallics for a CRNO project.
- InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo): Due to persistent international airspace restrictions and rising operating costs, IndiGo will suspend Manchester flight operations from August 31, 2026.

- Alkem Laboratories: Promoter group member Jayanti Sinha sold her entire 1.04% stake (12.38 lakh shares) for ₹643.87 crore. Additionally, Samprada & Nanhamati Singh Family Trust sold 5.5 lakh shares worth ₹286 crore. Both transactions were executed at ₹5,200 per share.
- Neogen Chemicals: Axis Mutual Fund sold 2.66 lakh shares of the company for ₹47.56 crore at a price of ₹1,788.01 per share.
