  • IndiGo, SpiceJet: Airline stocks will remain in focus after Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices were increased by around 10%. State-run fuel retailers have also introduced a price stabilization mechanism, allowing airlines to lock fuel prices for up to three years.
  • Afcons Infrastructure: The company has received a Letter of Award worth ₹5,301 crore from Vadhvan Port Project Ltd for constructing a 10.14-km breakwater at Maharashtra’s Vadhvan Port, which will become the world’s second-longest breakwater upon completion.
  • Bharti Hexacom: The Bombay High Court has quashed the Department of Telecommunications’ demand for a one-time spectrum charge of ₹473.7 crore related to its Rajasthan and North-East telecom circles.
  • Brainbees Solutions (FirstCry): FirstCry-backed Swara Baby Products plans to file draft IPO papers with SEBI this month to raise up to ₹1,000 crore. The company manufactures baby diapers, adult diapers, and feminine hygiene products.
  • Larsen & Toubro (L&T): The company continues to focus on automation, robotics, and technology-led construction solutions. Its order book has expanded significantly to nearly ₹7.5 trillion from ₹3–3.5 trillion five years ago.
  • Fertiliser Stocks: Shares of companies such as Coromandel International, Chambal Fertilisers, Deepak Fertilisers, FACT, and RCF may remain in focus amid rising global fertiliser prices due to geopolitical tensions. The government may be forced to increase fertiliser subsidies substantially in FY27.
  • NLC India: The government’s Offer for Sale (OFS) for NLC India opens for retail investors today at a floor price of ₹303 per share, with a total stake sale of up to 3%.
  • NTPC: The company is expected to soon float an EPC tender worth over ₹10,000 crore for the Mahi Banswara Nuclear Power Project in Rajasthan.
  • NTPC Green Energy: Its subsidiary NTPC Renewable Energy will develop a 250 MW solar project with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on defence land in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh.
  • HDFC Bank: The bank has increased its MCLR by up to 10 basis points across tenors effective June 8. Separately, the Bombay High Court dismissed an interim plea related to the Lilavati Hospital dispute involving the bank’s management.
  • Adani Energy Solutions: The company has signed an agreement to acquire IntelliSmart Infrastructure for ₹3,050 crore, strengthening its presence in the smart metering segment.
  • Coromandel International: The company has partnered with Samunnati Agri Value Chain Solutions to expand the distribution of agricultural inputs through Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) across India.
  • Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS): The company has launched Project GANGA, aiming to connect over 20 lakh households in Uttar Pradesh with high-speed broadband over the next 2–3 years.
  • Quality Power Electrical Equipments: The company has signed a term sheet to acquire 100% stake in Winwin Speciality Insulators, a manufacturer of high-voltage ceramic and polymer insulators.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

  • Emcure Pharmaceuticals: Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund acquired 36 lakh shares (1.89% stake) from Bain Capital-backed BC Investments IV for ₹612 crore at ₹1,700 per share.
  • Ajanta Pharma: Promoter entity Ravi Agrawal Trust sold 34.5 lakh shares (2.76% stake) worth ₹1,023.96 crore. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund and Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund were among the buyers.
  • BlueStone Jewellery & Lifestyle: Investors including Ivycap Ventures, Accel India, and 360 ONE Special Opportunities Fund collectively sold shares worth ₹243 crore.
  • Capital Small Finance Bank: Lyptus Punch-Card Fund acquired 13.62 lakh shares (3% stake) from Oman India Joint Investment Fund II for ₹36.78 crore at ₹270 per share.
