STOCKS IN NEWS

• Hexaware Technologies: The IT solutions and services provider will invest £25 million to expand its operations in the UK. The investment is expected to create around 1,200 jobs across Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham over the next three to five years.
• HFCL: The company has secured a ₹2,666.09 crore contract from Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) for the BharatNet Phase-III project in Uttar Pradesh. The scope includes the supply of telecom equipment, creation of an optical fibre network, and maintenance of the project for 10 years.
• Gujarat Gas: The company has received final listing and trading approvals from the NSE and BSE for 62.27 crore equity shares (face value ₹2 each) allotted to eligible shareholders of GSPC and GSPL as of the record date of May 12, 2026.
• HUDCO: The company has signed an MoU with the Government of Gujarat to provide financial assistance of up to ₹1 lakh crore over the next two years for identified infrastructure projects across the state.
• Lupin: The pharmaceutical company has launched Azilsartan Medoxomil Tablets (40 mg and 80 mg) in the US after receiving USFDA approval. The product is indicated for the treatment of hypertension, and Lupin is the exclusive first-to-file applicant, making it eligible for 180-day generic drug exclusivity.
• ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India: The company has fixed June 24, 2026, as the record date for its 5:1 bonus issue, under which shareholders will receive five bonus shares for every one share held.
• Anik Industries: The company, along with its subsidiary Revera Milk and Foods, has acquired a 50% stake in Best Season Developers LLP, making it a partner in the entity.
• Lemon Tree Hotels: The hospitality company has opened a new hotel in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, taking its network in the state to 23 hotels. The property will be managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.
• Bosch Home Comfort: Promoter Bosch Global Software Technologies will sell up to a 7.97% stake through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on June 18–19, including a greenshoe option. The floor price has been fixed at ₹1,150 per share.
• Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL): The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹967.92 crore from East Coast Railway for the construction of bridges on an EPC basis under the third and fourth railway line project on the Bhadrak–Vizianagaram section.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

• Corona Remedies: Sepia Investments, an affiliate of ChrysCapital, sold 43.28 lakh shares (7.07%) worth ₹748.9 crore. Anchor Partners also sold 1.61 lakh shares (0.26%) worth ₹28 crore. Both transactions were executed at ₹1,730 per share.
• DOMS Industries: Foreign promoter FILA sold a 7% stake (42.48 lakh shares) through block deals worth ₹934.7 crore at around ₹2,200 per share.
• Finolex Industries: HDFC Life Insurance Company nearly exited its investment by selling 80.47 lakh shares (1.29% stake) worth ₹136.54 crore through block deals at around ₹169.7 per share.
• Baazar Style Retail: Garg Brothers sold 8.75 lakh shares (1.14% stake) worth ₹28.76 crore at ₹328.72 per share.
