About Company –

Established in 2010, SAMHI Hotels Limited stands as a distinguished platform in India, focusing on branded hotel ownership and asset management.

As of March 31, 2023, SAMHI Hotels boasts a robust portfolio comprising 4,801 keys distributed across 31 operational hotels situated in 14 of India’s pivotal urban consumption hubs. These locations include Bengaluru, Karnataka; Hyderabad, Telangana; National Capital Region (NCR); Pune, Maharashtra; Chennai, Tamil Nadu; and Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Additionally, the company has two hotels currently under development, collectively offering 461 keys, positioned in Kolkata and Navi Mumbai.

Notably, on August 10, 2023, SAMHI Hotels made a significant acquisition by obtaining Asiya Capital and the ACIC SPVs (the ACIC SSPA). This strategic move added 962 keys through six operating hotels and secured land for the development of a new hotel in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

SAMHI’s hotels operate under the esteemed banners of Courtyard by Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, and Holiday Inn Express. This affiliation grants SAMHI’s hotels access to the operators’ loyalty programs, management and operational expertise, industry-leading practices, online reservation systems, and effective marketing strategies.

1. Settling, either fully or partially, certain borrowings acquired by the company and its subsidiaries, encompassing the payment of accrued interest.
