• Adani Power: Gautam Adani said the company is executing a ₹2 lakh crore capex plan and aims to expand its power generation capacity to 45 GW over the next five years.
• Vedanta: The company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Vedanta Property Platforms Ltd (VPPL), marking its entry into the real estate business. VPPL will lead Vedanta’s real estate and allied activities.
• Bandhan Bank: The bank has raised interest rates on select fixed deposits by up to 20 bps. Senior citizens can now earn up to 7.95% on deposits with a tenure of 2–3 years.
• Rajesh Exports: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has alleged significant irregularities in the company’s business practices, citing abnormal financial indicators and missing records related to foreign transactions.
• Equitas Small Finance Bank: The board has approved fundraising of up to ₹1,750 crore through a combination of debt and equity to support future business growth.
• IRFC: The government’s Offer for Sale (OFS) opens for retail investors today. Institutional investors subscribed 1.59 times their reserved portion on Wednesday. The government is selling up to a 2% stake at a floor price of ₹91 per share.
• Hindustan Copper: The company has received forest clearance from the Rajasthan government for mining operations at the Chandmari Copper Mine.
• Bharti Airtel: Airtel has emerged as India’s largest private-sector wealth creator, adding ₹7.64 lakh crore in market value over the last five years. Separately, S&P Global Ratings upgraded the company’s rating to BBB+, citing strong growth and financial discipline.
• HCLTech: The company has expanded its partnership with Nokia to accelerate AI-driven network automation through autonomous networking solutions and new RAN applications (rApps).
• NLC India: Its subsidiary NLC India Renewables Ltd has signed a joint venture agreement with OREDA to develop 1,000 MW of green energy in Odisha during the first phase.
• Reliance Industries: RIL’s step-down subsidiary Karkinos Healthcare has completed HPV DNA screening for over 1 lakh women, expanding access to cervical cancer screening across India.
• Tata Steel: The company has infused USD 172 million (₹1,625.29 crore) into its wholly-owned subsidiary T Steel Holdings Pte. Ltd, which will continue as a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary.
• ICICI Bank: The RBI has approved the bank’s proposal to acquire an additional 2% stake in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, enabling it to maintain its holding above 50%, subject to regulatory conditions.

BULK DEALS

• Delhivery: Alpha Wave Ventures LP exited the company by selling 1.44 crore shares (1.93% stake) worth ₹664.7 crore at around ₹460 per share.
• Pine Labs: Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings sold 2.39 crore shares (2.08% stake) for ₹371 crore at ₹155.17 per share.
• Shadowfax Technologies: Mirae Asset Late Stage Opportunities Fund sold 56.5 lakh shares (0.97% stake) worth ₹119.78 crore at ₹212 per share.
• India Motor Parts & Accessories: Promoter Gita Ram acquired an additional 71,559 shares (0.86% stake) worth ₹8.01 crore.
• NDR INVIT Trust: NDR Warehousing and NDR Universal Enterprises acquired 1.46 crore units from Investcorp India Warehousing IFSC Trust for ₹200.36 crore at ₹137 per unit.
