  • IRFC: The Government of India will divest up to a 2% stake in IRFC through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on June 24–25, with an additional 1% greenshoe option. The floor price has been fixed at ₹91 per share.
  • Honasa Consumer: The company will acquire a 58% stake in nutraceutical firm Fluence Pharma at an enterprise value of ₹135 crore, marking its entry into the fast-growing health and wellness supplements segment.
  • PFC: The PSU has raised USD 300 million through a 5-year USD-denominated bond issue, priced at 105 basis points above the 5-year US Treasury, carrying a fixed coupon of 5.32% per annum.
  • GTPL Hathway: The company will acquire the cable television business of ACT Group for ₹36.23 crore in cash, strengthening its cable TV footprint.
  • Rajesh Exports: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at the company’s Bengaluru and Mumbai premises under FEMA. The company is already under SEBI scrutiny over alleged financial irregularities.
  • Tata Power: The Ministry of Power has directed the company’s 4,150 MW Mundra power plant to continue operating at full capacity for another three months, until September.
  • Tata Motors PV: The passenger vehicle business plans to invest up to ₹40,000 crore over the next five years, targeting a 20% domestic market share by FY31 through a significant increase in annual volumes.
  • Indian Hotels Company: The Tata Group hospitality company has signed a 30-key Tree of Life resort at Chilika Lake, Odisha, marking the brand’s entry into the state.
  • Tech Mahindra: The IT major has expanded its partnership with Telefonica Germany to develop a private cloud platform.
  • NLC India & IOCL: The two PSUs have formed a joint venture to develop large-scale green energy projects in Tamil Nadu.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

  • Vedanta: Promoter entity Twin Star Holdings sold 6.5 crore shares (1.66% stake) worth ₹1,895.96 crore at ₹291.36 per share.
  • Delhivery: Nexus Ventures III sold 43.23 lakh shares (0.57% stake) for ₹207.97 crore at ₹481 per share. With this transaction, Nexus has reduced nearly 1.97% stake during the current quarter.
  • Sky Gold and Diamonds: Vikas Navratanmal Ganna and Jinesh Navratanmal Ganna jointly sold a 1.48% stake in the company.
  • DP Wires: Amitabh Harivansh Rai Bachchan sold 82,056 shares worth ₹1.64 crore in the company.
  • Craftsman Automation: Promoter Srinivasan Ravi sold 5.25 lakh shares (2% stake) for ₹485.62 crore. As of March 2026, he held a 40.15% stake in the company, while the promoter group’s total holding stood at 44.42%.
