  • Sugar Stocks in Focus: Shares of sugar companies such as Balrampur Chini Mills, Triveni Engineering, EID Parry, and Shree Renuka Sugars are likely to remain in focus after the government imposed an immediate ban on sugar exports until September 30, 2026, or until further notice, in an effort to control domestic prices.
  • Jio Financial Services: Jio Financial Services announced the incorporation of Jio Allianz General Insurance after receiving the certificate of incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Jio Financial Services and Germany-based Allianz will each hold a 50% stake in the new insurance venture.
  • Easy Trip Planners: The travel-tech company said its board has approved plans to raise ₹500 crore through a rights issue.
  • Airtel: Telecom major Bharti Airtel reported a 33.5% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹7,325 crore for Q4FY26, primarily due to one-time provisions related to statutory and tax liabilities. However, consolidated revenue from operations rose 15.6% YoY to ₹55,383.2 crore, with annual revenue crossing the ₹2 trillion mark for the first time.
  • Bharti Hexacom: Bharti Airtel subsidiary Bharti Hexacom posted a 4.6% YoY decline in Q4FY26 profit at ₹446.7 crore. Revenue from operations stood at ₹2,413.7 crore during the quarter.
  • DLF: Realty major DLF reported a marginal 1% YoY decline in consolidated net profit to ₹1,268.56 crore in Q4FY26. Total income for the quarter came in at ₹2,093.82 crore.
  • Tata Motors: Tata Motors reported a 33.8% YoY increase in consolidated net profit at ₹1,793 crore for Q4FY26, while total revenue from operations stood at ₹26,098 crore. The board has also recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share.
  • Oil India: State-run Oil India posted a 62% YoY jump in consolidated Q4FY26 net profit to ₹2,424 crore. The company’s full-year consolidated profit stood at ₹7,551 crore, and the board recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share.
  • NBCC India: NBCC India has secured new work orders worth ₹131.02 crore for projects in Andhra Pradesh and New Delhi, according to an exchange filing.
  • Maruti Suzuki: Maruti Suzuki announced plans to invest ₹1,372 crore in dedicated green logistics infrastructure, aiming to increase the share of railway-based vehicle transportation to 35% by FY31.
  • Kaynes Technologies: Mysuru-based electronics manufacturing company Kaynes Technologies reported a consolidated net profit of ₹91 crore in Q4FY26, down 22% from ₹116 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter last year.
