• OMCs: Shares of oil marketing companies such as IOC, BPCL, and HPCL are likely to remain in focus after the government increased retail prices of petrol and diesel by ₹3 across the four metro cities, effective today. This marks the first fuel price revision in the last four years and comes amid a sharp rise in global energy prices due to the ongoing West Asia conflict.
• Gas Stocks: Shares of city gas distribution companies including Indraprastha Gas (IGL), Mahanagar Gas (MGL), and Gujarat Gas may see action after CNG prices in Delhi were hiked by ₹2 per kg. The move follows MGL’s recent increase in CNG prices across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
• Adani Group Stocks: Adani Group companies are expected to remain in focus amid reports that US authorities may be close to resolving fraud-related charges against Gautam Adani. According to reports, the US Justice Department could soon announce the withdrawal of charges, a development that may improve the group’s access to international capital markets and support its expansion plans.
• Vedanta: S&P Global Ratings has upgraded London-based Vedanta Resources’ rating to ‘BB’ from ‘B+’, citing improved financial strength and operational efficiency following the company’s demerger. Vedanta Ltd remains a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources.
• DLF: Realty major DLF is targeting sales bookings worth ₹20,000 crore in the current financial year.
• HFCL: Telecom equipment maker HFCL plans to invest nearly ₹230 crore to establish a new defence manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh’s Sri Satya Sai district.
• Bharti Airtel: Bharti Airtel plans to establish 56 edge data centres over the next 18–24 months as part of its digital infrastructure expansion strategy.
• Ola Electric: Ola Electric is reportedly in discussions with domestic and global automobile manufacturers to supply lithium-ion cells and battery packs from its upcoming gigafactory in Krishnagiri.
• Alembic Pharmaceuticals: Alembic Pharma has received tentative approval from the USFDA for its generic version of Darolutamide tablets, a drug used in the treatment of prostate cancer.
• JSW Steel: JSW Steel reported an elevenfold jump in consolidated net profit to ₹16,370 crore for the March quarter, compared to ₹1,503 crore in the corresponding period last year.
• HCL Technologies: HCLTech has entered into a strategic partnership with Red Hat to provide enterprise-grade AI infrastructure solutions.
• SEPC: The SEPC-Furlong joint venture has secured an EPC subcontract worth ₹521.46 crore for the four-laning of the Shahjahanpur–Bisalpur highway section in Uttar Pradesh.

• Adani Enterprises: GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund sold 58.92 lakh shares, representing a 0.45% stake, in Adani Enterprises to SBI Mutual Fund for ₹1,435.15 crore. The transaction was executed at ₹2,435.6 per share.
• Jio Financial Services: Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore acquired 26.75 lakh shares in Jio Financial Services from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE – ODI for ₹61.9 crore at ₹231.45 per share.
• Raghav Productivity Enhancers: The Estate of Late Rakesh Jhunjhunwala sold 6.17 lakh shares, or a 1.34% stake, in the company for ₹46.59 crore at ₹754.85 per share.
• Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research: Promoter Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe purchased an additional 1.46 lakh shares, representing a 0.66% stake, in the company for ₹7.51 crore at ₹512.44 per share.
• Davangere Sugar Company: Craft Emerging Market Fund, through Citadel Capital Fund and Elite Capital Fund, acquired 5 crore shares, equivalent to a 3.49% stake, in Davangere Sugar for ₹18.25 crore at ₹3.65 per share.
• Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services: Bhana Equity Advisors LLP sold 7.09 lakh shares, representing a 0.5% stake, in Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services for ₹16.97 crore at ₹239.14 per share.
