  • Rajesh Exports: The Ministry of Heavy Industries is likely to decide soon on removing Rajesh Exports from the ACC Battery PLI scheme beneficiary list after SEBI’s interim order alleging major financial irregularities at the company.
  • Oil & Gas Stocks: OMCs will remain in focus as crude oil prices surged over $2 per barrel on Monday. Additionally, domestic LPG prices were increased by ₹29 per cylinder effective Sunday.

  • RailTel: The company secured a ₹41.32 crore order from the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board for security-related support services during recruitment examinations.
  • HCLTech: HCLTech announced the winners of the third edition of its Climate Action Grant in the Americas, with total grants of $1 million to support climate-focused non-profit initiatives.
  • HG Infra Engineering: The company has received a provisional completion certificate for a major infrastructure project in Uttar Pradesh valued at ₹4,970.99 crore.
  • Embassy Developments: The real estate developer is targeting sales bookings of ₹8,000 crore in FY27, reflecting an expected 73% growth driven by strong housing demand.

  • Lenskart Solutions: Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund purchased 18.96 lakh shares (0.10% stake) from Copthall Mauritius Investment for ₹96.42 crore at ₹508.55 per share.
  • Sterlite Technologies: Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 36.48 lakh shares (0.74% stake) worth ₹225.86 crore at ₹619.07 per share.
  • Pine Labs: Invesco Developing Markets Fund sold 78.85 lakh shares (0.68% stake) through a block deal valued at ₹115.11 crore at ₹145.97 per share.
  • PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery: Promoter P N Gadgil & Sons increased its stake by purchasing an additional 1.6 lakh shares (0.5% stake) worth ₹6.26 crore at ₹391.58 per share.
