  • Tata Motors PV: Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) said heavy rainfall and flooding in Gujarat have significantly disrupted operations at its Sanand manufacturing plant and several supplier facilities, impacting the production of key models such as the Tiago, Tigor, Nexon, and Sierra.
  • PN Gadgil Jewellers: The company reported a 52% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹105.33 crore in Q1, while total income increased to ₹2,423 crore.
  • Lodha Developers: The Mumbai-based real estate developer plans to generate nearly ₹10,000 crore in sales over the next 3–4 years by monetising around 150 acres of land within its data centre park at Palava in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
  • Piramal Finance: The company has entered into a co-lending partnership with Muthoot Fincorp to enhance the availability of affordable housing finance and loan-against-property solutions for small businesses.
  • Adani Energy Solutions: The company has launched its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), with the floor price fixed at ₹1,698.15 per share.
  • TVS Motor Company: The automaker has acquired 1.13 crore equity shares, representing a 4.39% stake in its subsidiary TVS Credit Services (TVS CS), from Lucas-TVS for ₹711 crore.
  • Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services: Zaggle Prepaid has signed a three-year agreement with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) to provide its Zaggle Zatix platform and Corporate Credit Card Program for DICV’s fleet partners.
  • Bank of Baroda: The public sector lender reported an incident of unauthorised data access after an employee’s email account was compromised. However, the bank clarified that its core banking systems remain secure and were not breached.
  • Tata Power: The company posted an 11% year-on-year increase in Q1 net profit to ₹1,401 crore, while revenue rose 8% to ₹18,898 crore. The board also approved raising up to ₹4,500 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) or other debt securities via private placement.
  • Tata Chemicals: The company reported an 81% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹60 crore in Q1, while total income increased to ₹4,311 crore.
  • Godfrey Phillips India: The cigarette manufacturer posted a 44.3% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹198.39 crore for Q1, despite revenue from operations more than doubling to ₹3,819.56 crore.
  • BEL: Bharat Electronics reported an 8% year-on-year growth in Q1 profit after tax (PAT) to ₹1,048.3 crore. Revenue from operations increased 25.2% year-on-year to ₹5,533.06 crore.
  • HUDCO: Housing and Urban Development Corporation reported a 35% year-on-year rise in Q1 net profit to ₹851 crore, while total income increased to ₹3,737 crore.
