ITC Infotech & Happiest Minds: ITC Infotech has agreed to acquire a 22.106% stake in Happiest Minds Technologies from its promoter group, including founder Ashok Soota and Ashok Soota Medical Research LLP.
ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank: ICICI Bank is closing the gap with HDFC Bank to become India’s most valuable bank by market capitalisation. The difference in market cap has narrowed to around ₹49,167 crore.
Milky Mist: The dairy products company reported an almost 10-fold jump in net profit to ₹65 crore during the first quarter.
PVR INOX: The company’s board has approved a buyback of up to 20.69 lakh fully paid-up equity shares at ₹1,450 per share, aggregating to ₹300 crore.
Lodha Developers: The company has acquired the remaining 20% stake in Bellissimo Infratech, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
Muthoot Finance: The company’s board has approved a scheme of amalgamation involving its wholly owned subsidiary, Muthoot Money, with Muthoot Finance.
Zee Entertainment: ZEEL has corrected its preferential warrant disclosure, stating that the post-conversion shareholding will be 2.01%, instead of the earlier reported 1.40%.
Mankind Pharma: The company has completed the sale of its entire 100% stake in Broadway Hospitality Services to AKRK Projects LLP and its partners.
Spectrum Electrical: NSE and BSE have granted in-principle approval for the issuance of 13,73,625 shares and 2,49,750 warrants, involving fundraising of up to ₹324.99 crore.
NCC: The company secured three orders worth ₹430.19 crore during August, all related to its buildings division.
Cipla: Sino Biopharmaceutical’s subsidiary CTTQ has entered into an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with Cipla for TQB2102 (Rolditamig Deuderuxtecan), a potential HER2 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate. Cipla will have exclusive rights to develop and commercialise the drug in India, South Africa and five other emerging markets.
E2E Networks: The AI cloud infrastructure company has signed a binding term sheet with an India-based Sovereign AI company for NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services. The contract is valued at around ₹1,000 crore and runs until June 2029.

BULK & BLOCK DEALS

Religare Enterprises: Investor Ashish Dhawan acquired more than 36 lakh shares, representing a 1.05% stake, in Religare Enterprises for ₹85.3 crore at ₹237 per share. This follows his 1.11% stake purchase on Friday.
Concord Biotech: DSP Mutual Fund acquired an additional 12.88 lakh shares, representing a 1.23% stake, in Concord Biotech for ₹180.86 crore at ₹1,404.10 per share.
Shreeji Shipping Global: Jainam Broking acquired 10.62 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.65% stake, in Shreeji Shipping Global from the promoters for ₹68.53 crore at ₹645.30 per share.
PTC India: BlackRock-managed iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets ETF sold 22.69 lakh shares, representing a 0.76% stake, in PTC India for ₹34.3 crore at ₹151.17 per share.
SBI Cards & Payment Services: BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 97.83 lakh shares, representing a 1.02% stake, in SBI Cards for ₹632.07 crore at ₹646.04 per share.
Ather Energy: BlackRock Global Funds acquired 25.99 lakh shares, representing a 0.65% stake, in Ather Energy for ₹445.31 crore at ₹1,713.02 per share.
Balkrishna Industries: BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 10.2 lakh shares, representing a 0.52% stake, in Balkrishna Industries for ₹232.68 crore at ₹2,281.04 per share.
Astral: BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 37.33 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.39% stake, in Astral for ₹568.46 crore at ₹1,522.79 per share.
Northern Arc Capital: Foreign investors Accion Africa-Asia Investment Company, LeapFrog Financial Inclusion India, Eight Roads Investments Mauritius and Augusta Investments collectively sold a 13.12% stake in Northern Arc Capital for ₹589.72 crore.
