Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited plans to raise ₹3,027.26 crores through its IPO, comprising a fresh issue of ₹300 crores and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹2,727.26 crores. The IPO will be open from January 29 to January 31, 2025, with share allotment on February 3 and a tentative listing on BSE and NSE on February 5.
Founded in 2010, the company specializes in eye care services, including surgeries, diagnostics, and optical products. By September 30, 2024, it had 737 doctors serving 2.13 million patients annually and performed 220,523 surgeries. Operating across 117 cities in 14 states and four union territories, its network includes 193 facilities: 28 hubs and 165 spokes.
