Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) acquired SSKIPL during the period from 2006 to 2008. In 2019, IDFC divested its stake to Dharmesh Anil Mehta and other investors, leading to a rebranding as DAM Capital Advisors Limited in July 2020, marking a new chapter in its legacy.

DAM Capital Advisors Limited IPO Details

The DAM Capital Advisors IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹840.25 crores, consisting entirely of an offer for sale of 2.97 crore shares. The IPO will be open for subscription from December 19 to December 23, 2024. Share allotment is expected to be finalized on December 24, 2024, with the listing scheduled on the BSE and NSE on December 27, 2024, subject to confirmation.

The IPO price band is set at ₹269 to ₹283 per share. Retail investors can apply for a minimum lot of 53 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,999. For small non-institutional investors (sNII), the minimum investment is 14 lots (742 shares), totaling ₹2,09,986, while big non-institutional investors (bNII) need to invest in 67 lots (3,551 shares), amounting to ₹10,04,933.
