The company maintains a strong presence with 1249 authorized dealers and distributors, 3 branches, and 4 warehouses.

The proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilized by Plaza Wires Ltd to finance the capital expenditure required for establishing a new manufacturing unit dedicated to house wires and cables and for expanding its product portfolio. Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Ltd will spearhead the management of the issue, with KFIN Technologies Ltd serving as the registrar.
