5. Thoroughly fill out the form with the necessary details.
6. Gather the required supporting documents such as your Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Cancelled Cheque, 6 months’ latest Bank Statement, and a Passport Photo.
7. Send the completed form along with the aforementioned documents to our office.
