Step 1 : Select Back office from the Login drop-down menu on the homepage. You will land on the back office page. Click on “Forgot Password”

Step 2 : Click on “Forgot My Password or User ID” on the following page

Step 3 : Enter your User ID or PAN No. Select the mode (email or SMS) to receive the update and click “Send Request”
