What are the rules for Partnership Firm Account Opening?

For opening a Partnership Firm Account you need to attach the documents below along with the partnership account opening form:

1. Partnership Firm’s PAN Card Copy
2. Address Proof Copy Eg. Bank Statement, Utility Bills, etc.
3. Bank Proof Copy for instance canceled cheque (name printed on the cheque) or Bank Account Statement or Pass Book Copy having IFSC or MICR, A/c Holder Name, or Account Number
4. The balance sheets of the past two financial years (submitted every year)
5. Certificate of registration (for registered partnership firms only)
6. Copy of Partnership Deed
7. Authorized signatories list with specimen signatures and photographs
8. Photograph, ROI, POA, and PAN of Partners
9. Basic details like Mobile No., Email ID, Nature of Business, Income Range, Networth
10. Obtain an undertaking by Partners for Account Opening mentioning Name of Partner Authorised for the same on the behalf of Partnership Firm
11. Self-attested Passport Copy of all Directors for Commodity Account
