How to Reset or Change Your Password on RMoney Rocket Web ?

If you’re using RMoney Rocket web platform, it’s important to know how to securely reset or change your password. Whether you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to update it for security reasons, this quick guide walks you through the process step by step.

Follow these steps if you’ve forgotten your login password:

Step 1: Visit the Rocket Login Page

Go to the official RMoney Rocket platform login page:
https://xts.rmoneyindia.co.in:3000/#!/app

Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option below the login form.

Step 2: Enter Required Details

• Client ID
• DOB
• PAN Card Number

Once entered, click on ‘Submit’.

Step 3: Check Your Email

After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation prompt that a new system-generated password has been sent to your registered email address.

Once you’ve logged in using the system-generated password, it’s recommended that you immediately change it to something more secure and memorable.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Use your Client ID and the temporary password received on email to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to ‘Change Password’

After logging in, locate and click on the ‘Change Password’ option in the user settings menu.

Step 3: Set Your New Password

In the password change form:

• Enter the system-generated password (from your email) in the Old Password
• Enter your desired new password in the New Password
• Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field to finalize the change.

Password Tips:
Make sure your new password:

• Is strong and unique
• Meets the platform’s password criteria (a mix of upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and a special character )
