How to Freeze/ Block Account Your RMoney Demat Account through Website?

To Freeze/Block Your RMoney Account, follow these steps:

1 Visit RMoney’s official website www.rmoneyindia.com and click on Addition/Modification and Re-start module or simply –Click Here


2️ Enter your Client Code & verify via OTP.

RMoney Quick online account update page. The page allows users to update various account details such as profile, annual income, address, bank details, nominee details, trading segment, email ID, mobile number, and MTF. Options for account restart, closure, and freeze are also available. A login section on the left displays a laptop and smartphone with the RMoney Quick login page. Users need to enter their registered client code and verify with OTP to proceed. The website URL shown is https://e-kyc.rmoneyindia.com/account/."
3. Click on Freeze Account & describe your issue.

The page displays a text box for describing the issue and a 'Continue' button to proceed. The top section shows user details, including Name, Client Code, and CKYC Number."

4️ Confirm by checking the box & choose OTP via Email/Mobile.

5️ Enter OTP & click Verify OTP to submit the request.
