Is your RMoney Demat account disabled? Don’t worry, reactivating it is a simple process! Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Head over to the RMoney website: [https://rmoneyindia.com/] using your preferred browse.
Step 2: In the top right corner, locate the three horizontal lines menu and click on it. This should open the ‘Addition/Modification’ section.
Step 3: Enter your Client Code and verify your identity using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 4: Once logged in, you’ll see your account details. Look for the “Disabled” status next to your account name and click on it.
Step 5: A pop-up window will appear. Confirm your request by ticking the checkbox and choose your preferred method (email or mobile) to receive the reactivation OTP. Click “Send OTP” to proceed.
Step 6: Enter the received OTP in the designated field and click “Verify OTP.”
Step 7: You’ll be presented with two options: continue with existing details or update them. Choose the appropriate one and click “Next.”
Step 8: Carefully review all your account details displayed on the screen. If everything looks accurate, click “Next” to proceed.
Step 9: On the final step, tick the checkbox and click “Submit” to formally request your account reactivation.
Step 10: You’ll receive a confirmation message on your registered email address once your reactivation request is submitted. RMoney will process your request and notify you via email upon successful reactivation.
