- HDFC Bank: The bank said an independent legal review by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Wadia Ghandy & Co. found no evidence supporting allegations made by former Chairman Atanu Chakraborty in his resignation letter.
- HCL Technologies: HCLTech has completed its ₹1,427.25 crore investment in Axonwise Pvt. Ltd. (Sarvam AI) by subscribing to 41,421 Series B2 CCPS, which will be converted into equity shares at a later stage.
- Hexaware Technologies: The company has been named an Anthropic Authorized Reseller for Amazon Bedrock, allowing it to offer, integrate and support Claude AI models for enterprise customers globally.
- Tata Motors PV: The company clarified that while it signed a non-binding MoU with Stellantis in February, no definitive agreement has been finalized.
- IRFC: The Government’s Offer for Sale (OFS) received strong investor response, enabling it to raise around ₹2,084 crore after exercising the greenshoe option.
- Torrent Power: The company has completed the acquisition of Nabha Power Ltd. from L&T Power Development for ₹3,632.35 crore.
- Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories: The USFDA completed a Pre-License Inspection of the company’s biologics facility in Hyderabad and issued seven observations.
- IIFL Finance: The board has approved raising up to ₹10,000 crore through equity and other eligible securities. It also approved increasing its global medium-term note programme limit and overall borrowing capacity.
- Adani Ports & SEZ: S&P Global Ratings has upgraded the company’s long-term issuer rating to ‘BBB’ from ‘BBB-‘, while maintaining a Stable Outlook.
- Persistent Systems: The company will acquire Nagarro SE at EUR 81 per share, creating the Persistent-Nagarro Group, a $2.9 billion AI-led digital engineering company. The deal is expected to close by early 2027.
- Transrail Lighting: The company has secured fresh international orders worth ₹459 crore, mainly in the Transmission & Distribution segment. Its FY order inflow has reached ₹1,034 crore, with an additional ₹400 crore worth of projects where it holds L1 status.
- Waaree Energies: The company clarified that the recent US Customs (CBP) determination does not conclude that it exported solar modules made using Chinese-origin cells to the US.
BULK & BLOCK DEALS
- Emcure Pharmaceuticals: BC Investments IV (Bain Capital) exited the company by selling its remaining 19.39 lakh shares (1.02% stake) worth ₹352.4 crore through block deals.
- Bansal Wire Industries: Promoter Mrinaal Mittal sold 46.82 lakh shares (2.99% stake) for ₹144.7 crore.
- Lodha Developers: Fidelity Investments acquired a 2% stake from promoter entities for ₹1,864.56 crore through block deals at ₹937.85 per share.
- Honasa Consumer: Sofina Ventures SA sold 41.78 lakh shares (1.28% stake) worth ₹177.19 crore at ₹424.07 per share.
- Global Health: HDFC Mutual Fund purchased an additional 10 lakh shares (0.37% stake) from co-founder Sunil Sachdeva for ₹130 crore at ₹1,300 per share. This marks the second transaction between the two parties during the June quarter.
