• Zee Entertainment: Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) has allotted 20.94 crore fully convertible warrants to promoter group entity Sunbright Mauritius Investments Ltd, nearly seven weeks after its board initially approved the fundraising plan.
• State Bank of India: SBI Chairman C.S. Setty said the bank’s total business could potentially double to around ₹200 trillion by 2030, supported by the lender’s current growth trajectory.
• Urban Company: Urban Company has approached the Delhi High Court against Kent RO, alleging that Kent’s advertisements disparaged the company and its NATIVE water purifiers and were defamatory.
• Reliance Industries: Reliance Industries said its shareholders have approved several resolutions, including material related-party transactions involving the company and its subsidiaries, as well as amendments to the objects clause of its Memorandum of Association.
• Power Grid: Power Grid has emerged as the successful bidder for a transmission project involving the establishment of a new GIS substation at Kalyanpur, Gujarat, along with ICT augmentation, bay extension works and construction of 765 kV transmission lines across the state.
• Bank of Baroda: Bank of Baroda will issue an additional US$400 million Senior Unsecured Reg-S Fixed Rate Notes with a five-year maturity and a 5.318% coupon, payable semi-annually. The bonds will be issued through its IFSC Banking Unit at GIFT City and listed on the Singapore Exchange, India INX GIFT City and NSE-IX.
• Caplin Point Labs: The USFDA has issued a Form 483 with 10 observations following an unannounced inspection of Caplin Steriles’ injectable and ophthalmic manufacturing facility in Gummidipoondi. The company said the observations were procedural in nature, with no data integrity concerns or repeat observations.
• Craftsman Automation: The company’s board has approved the incorporation of Craftsman Fronberg Precision GmbH in Germany through its wholly owned subsidiary, Craftsman Germany GmbH.
• Shree Renuka Sugars: ICICI Bank has sold a 2.17% stake in Shree Renuka Sugars through multiple tranches, reducing its shareholding from 8.96% to 6.79%.

BULK DEALS

• Amagi Media Labs: Accel, along with Trudy Holdings and AVP I Fund, sold 1.04 crore shares, representing a 4.84% stake, in Amagi Media Labs for ₹587.3 crore at ₹560 per share to 11 domestic and global investors.
• Shadowfax Technologies: Qualcomm Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, sold 75 lakh shares, representing a 1.28% stake, in Shadowfax Technologies at ₹245.13 per share. The transaction was valued at ₹183.8 crore.
• Shanthi Gears: Promoter Tube Investments of India acquired 20.64 lakh shares, representing a 2.69% stake, in Shanthi Gears from Pacific Assets Trust Plc for ₹77.49 crore at ₹375.30 per share.
• KDDL: ChrysCapital-backed Clarus Capital 1 acquired 1.32 lakh shares, representing a 1.07% stake, in KDDL for ₹48.21 crore at ₹3,650 per share.
• Nxt-Infra Trust: Kotak Mahindra Bank, Larsen & Toubro and Kotak Mahindra Investments collectively acquired 2.63 crore units in Nxt-Infra InvIT from Actis Highway Infra for ₹247.29 crore at ₹93.85 per unit.
