STOCKS IN NEWS

  • SBI Funds Management: The stock will remain in focus as the company is set to debut on the exchanges at 10 AM on Tuesday. It is India’s largest asset management company in terms of assets under management (AUM).
  • Angel One: Shares will be in focus after the company announced an interim dividend of Re 1 per equity share.
  • CDSL: SEBI has imposed a penalty of ₹1 crore on CDSL over cybersecurity lapses related to the November 2022 malware attack that disrupted the depository’s operations and impacted securities market settlements.
  • L&T: The company is likely to remain in focus after securing orders worth over ₹10,000 crore from companies in the metals and mining sector.
  • Wanbury: The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection at the company’s Andhra Pradesh manufacturing facility from July 13 to July 17, 2026. Following the inspection, the USFDA issued a Form 483 with six observations.
  • InterGlobe Aviation: IndiGo has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CFM International for the purchase of more than 1,000 LEAP-1A engines to power 510 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft. This marks the largest-ever single order for LEAP engines and a record order for CFM International.
  • Redington: The company has entered into a strategic distribution partnership with Resulticks, a global provider of real-time audience engagement solutions.
  • Tata Steel: The stock will be in focus after the company announced plans to invest ₹10,000 crore in its Jharkhand projects by 2028, a move expected to generate around 2,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities.

  • Sparc Electrex: Ace investor Ashish Chugh sold 66,001 equity shares, representing a 0.33 percent stake in the company, at ₹4.61 per share. The transaction was valued at approximately ₹3.04 lakh.
  • Accent Microcell: Promoter Ghanshyam Arjanbhai Patel offloaded 3.9 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a 1.62 percent stake, for ₹20.3 crore at ₹521.01 per share.
  • Gandhar Oil Refinery India: Neomile Growth Fund – Series I acquired 8.64 lakh equity shares, representing a 0.88 percent stake, at ₹224.80 per share. The transaction was valued at ₹19.4 crore.
  • Horizon Reclaim: Finavenue Growth Fund purchased 1.93 lakh equity shares, representing a 0.99 percent stake in Horizon Reclaim (India), at ₹155 per share. The deal was valued at ₹2.99 crore.
