STOCKS IN NEWS

  • IT Stocks: IT stocks will be in focus after Accenture shares plunged over 14% as the company cut its annual revenue growth forecast and issued weak Q4 guidance despite steady quarterly results.
  • Infosys & Wipro: ADRs of both companies came under pressure after Accenture’s outlook. Infosys ADR fell over 7%, while Wipro ADR declined more than 8%. Separately, Wipro completed a multi-year data centre migration for METRO AG and will increase its stake in Aggne Global IT Services to 80%.
  • HCL Technologies: The company has launched an AI Innovation Zone in Chennai to help enterprises develop and deploy Intel-based AI solutions.
  • Bharat Forge: Its defence arm Kalyani Strategic Systems has entered into a strategic partnership with US-based AM General at the Eurosatory defence exhibition in Paris.
  • Tata Motors: The company has signed an MoU with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to participate in the government’s vehicle replacement scheme for old trucks and buses in the Delhi-NCR region.
  • Jubilant Pharmova: The USFDA has completed an inspection of the company’s Jubilant HollisterStier CMO facility in Spokane, Washington.
  • Amber Enterprises India: The company has entered into a manufacturing partnership with OPPO Mobiles India for smartphone production.
  • Tiger Logistics (India): The company has secured a ₹4 crore break-bulk logistics contract from BHEL for transporting over-dimensional cargo from Italy to India.
  • Bosch Home Comfort India: Promoter Bosch Global Software Technologies has exercised the greenshoe option in the ongoing OFS, increasing the offer size to 21.67 lakh shares.
  • Mahindra Lifespace Developers: YKK India, a subsidiary of Japan’s YKK Corporation, will establish a new manufacturing facility at Origins by Mahindra, Chennai.
  • TruAlt Bioenergy: The company has received ₹150 crore financial assistance under the Government’s PM JI-VAN Yojana for its commercial-scale Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project.
  • Diamond Power Infrastructure: The board has approved raising up to ₹2,000 crore through a QIP in one or more tranches.
  • Wipro: The company will acquire an additional 20% stake in Aggne Global IT Services, increasing its total holding to 80%. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.

  • Anthem Biosciences: Promoter Aruna Ganesh sold his entire 3.04% stake (1.71 crore shares) for ₹1,274.7 crore at ₹744.8 per share.
  • Shaily Engineering Plastics: Promoter Vanita L. Nagda sold 6.43 lakh shares (1.4% stake) worth ₹170.3 crore at ₹2,646.51 per share.
