3. What is the happy service plan of Raghunandan Money?

Under the happy service brokerage plan, we have different slabs for new customers. Whether you are new to the market or you already have a trading account with any other company, we provide very competitive rates in the industry. In general, we charge quite less than any other broker charges in the industry. Brokerage charges may vary up to 03 paise for intraday trades 30 paise on delivery. These charges are based on a transaction per crore basis.

4. Is there an annual maintenance charge for the demat account?

No, we do not charge anything for AMC, the annual maintenance charges towards maintaining your demat. We open it and maintain your trading account completely free. However, for opening an account with us requires some conditions to be fulfilled. We have an account opening plan with an INR 399 and INR 199 account open charge. Keep in mind these charges are completely reversed to our clients once they start the transaction in their account with us. Furthermore, if you need to get waived off from any of such account opening charges, we even do that. What you simply need to do is to mention your choice during the final sales meeting.  We generally waive off the account opening charges on the basis of margin cheque you deposit during the account opening with us.

5. How long it takes to activate the account? What documents are required?

We generally open an account in 24 to 48 hours, if all documents are accurate. The documents required for opening the account includes –

  1. Identity proof
  2. Address proof
  3. Proof of income (mandatory when you sign in for trading in any derivatives segments)
  4. Copy of a cancelled cheque as a proof of your bank account
  5. One passport size photograph

6. What is your pay-in/payout system and how long it takes to update funds?

Regarding pay-in, you can deposit cheque directly in our bank account, or NEFT from net banking. We have a tie-up with 25 Bank, so the fund’s update is really fast. We make all payout made on or before 12 noon on the same day.

7. How Rmoney Smart, Rmoney Active differs from Rmoney Quick?

The Rmoney Quick is the mobile trading application available for both Android an IOS based mobile phone. You can directly install the Rmoney Quick app from apple store if using an IOS device or from google play store if using any Android device. The Rmoney Active is for the trading app for and is for laptop and desktop computer for single-use installation. The Rmoney Smart is a browse based trading software.

8. How Can A Client Check Details On Daily Margins And Information On Taxes And Charges For Transactions?

As our client, you can check all details relating to your margins on the trading terminal login and on your mobile app. For, information on taxes and charges that you pay for any transaction through us, you can check contract note/bill for the same. The client can check information on daily margins and other information through the RMoney India Back office Application. 

9. What Are The Trading Limits For Intraday And Carry Forward Trades?

We provide the best limits on both intraday trade and carryforward trades. In the ‘Z’ category shares we give Trade-To-Trade limits. But in all other categories of shares, we give up to 5 times limit.  In carrying forward trade you can take position till T5. On intraday, we give up to the 10-time limit. We also give up to 5 time limit on delivery. If you need even high limit from this we offer that too through bracket order. In bracket orders, we give limits up to 40 times in cash segment and in future intraday 3 times. But in carrying forward, we give only one times limit.
