If your RMoney Tradion account has been locked due to multiple incorrect login attempts or security verification issues, you can unblock it easily through the app. Follow the steps below to restore access to your account.

Step-by-Step Guide to Unblock Your Account

Step 1

• Open the RMoney Tradion App on your mobile device.

Step 2

• If your account is locked, the app will prompt you to enter your PAN Number for verification and security.

Step 3

• Enter your PAN Number and tap Verify.

Step 4

• Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 5

• Create a New Password, re-enter it to confirm, and tap Proceed.

Step 6

• Enter the OTP again when prompted and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security.

Step 7

• Your account will now be successfully unblocked, and you can log in to the Tradion App using your new password.

Important Notes

• Ensure your registered mobile number and email are active to receive OTPs.
• PAN verification is mandatory for account security and identity confirmation.
• Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.
