Step-by-Step Guide to Reset Password

Step 1

• Open the RMoney Tradion App on your mobile device.

Step 2

• Enter your Client ID, Registered Mobile Number, or Registered Email Address on the login screen.

Step 3

• Tap on Forget Password.

Step 4

• Enter your PAN Number and tap Verify.

Step 5

• Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to authenticate the request.

Step 6

• Create a New Password, then re-enter it to confirm.

Step 7

• Tap Proceed.

Your password has now been successfully reset, and you can log in using your newly created password.

Important Notes

• Ensure your mobile number and email are updated in your account for receiving OTP.
