Unpledging is required when you want your pledged shares or mutual fund units to return to your demat account. At RMoney, you can unpledge securities in two ways depending on whether you want to sell them or simply release them.
1. Selling Pledged Securities (No Unpledge Request Needed)
If you have submitted DDPI/POA, you can sell pledged securities directly.
This method is instant and requires no manual request.
2. Manual Unpledge Request (If You Do Not Want to Sell)
If you only want the securities back in your demat account without selling them:
Send an email to:
askus@rmoneyindia.com
Include these details in your request:
Our team will process the request and release the securities back to your Demat Account.
