
What are the rules for Partnership Firm Account Opening?

For opening a Partnership Firm Account you need to attach the documents below along with the partnership account opening form:
- Partnership Firm’s PAN Card Copy
- Address Proof Copy Eg. Bank Statement, Utility Bills, etc.
- Bank Proof Copy for instance canceled cheque (name printed on the cheque) or Bank Account Statement or Pass Book Copy having IFSC or MICR, A/c Holder Name, or Account Number
- The balance sheets of the past two financial years (submitted every year)
- Certificate of registration (for registered partnership firms only)
- Copy of Partnership Deed
- Authorized signatories list with specimen signatures and photographs
- Photograph, ROI, POA, and PAN of Partners
- Basic details like Mobile No., Email ID, Nature of Business, Income Range, Networth
- Obtain an undertaking by Partners for Account Opening mentioning Name of Partner Authorised for the same on the behalf of Partnership Firm
- Self-attested Passport Copy of all Directors for Commodity Account
