How to Open a HUF Trading and Demat Account: Step-by-Step Guide?

To open a Demat and Trading Account for a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) with RMoney, the Karta can apply on behalf of the HUF, which is recognized as a separate legal entity. The following section outlines the necessary documents, procedural steps, and compliance requirements for account opening.

Steps to proceed:
- Email scanned copies of all completed forms and documents to askus@rmoneyindia.com for initial review.
- After approval, courier the signed physical documents and a cheque in favour of Raghunadan Capital Private ltd. to the following address:

Account Opening Charges
RMoney does not charge any fee for HUF Account opening.
Important Notes
- Nomination Not Permitted: CDSL does not allow nomination in non-individual demat accounts like HUF.
- Change of Karta: If the Karta has changed due to the demise of the previous Karta, submit a notarised copy of the death certificate along with HUF seal and signature.
- Minor Members: Minors listed as co-parceners cannot sign; a legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
