How to Open a Corporate Demat and Trading Account with RMoney?

To open a Coporate Account with RMoney, applicants are required to submit specific documents as part of the offline account opening process. The list below outlines the required documents and applicable guidelines.

Documents Required for Corporate Account Opening

Account opening annexures Board resolution on company letterhead (PDF)
List of directors (PDF)
Latest shareholding pattern (PDF)
PAN – Copy of company PAN card with seal & signature of authorized signatory/director
– Self-attested PAN copies of all authorized signatories or directors
– Additional PAN copy of authorized signatories with company seal & signature
Address proof – Company address proof (e.g., latest bank statement, utility bill, MCA copy, lease agreement), sealed & signed
– Self-attested address proof of all signatories or directors
– Additional address proof copies with company seal and signature
Individual KYC KYC form (PDF) for each executive/whole-time director without stamp
Certificate of incorporation  Copy with company seal and signature of an authorized signatory or director
MOA & AOA First 4 pages of Memorandum and Articles of Association with company seal and signature. If director details are missing, submit DIR-12 or Form-32
Balance sheet CA-attested copies of the latest two years’ balance sheet with CA name, M. No., UDIN, seal, and city/date
Net-worth certificate – CA-issued certificate (with UDIN) if the company is newly incorporated
– Income Tax Declaration on company letterhead
Bank account proof – Cancelled cheque with company name
– Bank statement or passbook showing account number, IFSC, and MICR

Income proof (for F&O and commodities)		 – Any one of the following:
– Last 6 months’ bank statement
– Audited P&L statement
– ITR acknowledgment
– Net-worth certificate (CA-attested)
– DP holding statement

– Indian passport: Valid copy with visa & notarisation
– Foreign passport: Valid copy with visa and PIO/OCI/resident card (notarised)

Account Opening Process

  1. Step 1: Email scanned copies of all completed documents to askus@rmoneyindia.com for initial verification.
  2. Step 2: Upon approval, courier signed physical documents along with a cheque (in favour of Raghunandan Capital Private Ltd.) to the following address:

Account activation may take up to 3–5 working days from the receipt of complete documents.

Account Opening Charges
