What If I Forget My Password?

There is no need to worry if you ever forget your password.  Follow these steps to generate a new password for online back office:

Step 1 : Select Back office from the Login drop-down menu on the homepage. You will land on the back office page. Click on “Forgot Password”

 

Step 2 : Click on “Forgot My Password or User ID” on the following page

 

Step 3 : Enter your User ID or PAN No. Select the mode (email or SMS) to receive the update and click “Send Request”

 

Log in with the ID and Password sent to you via email/SMS and continue trading.
