STOCKS IN NEWS

• Trent: Apparel retailer Trent reported a 23% YoY increase in standalone revenue for Q2, supported by growth across its fashion and lifestyle businesses.
• Godrej Consumer Products: The company expects consolidated revenue for Q2 to grow in the high teens, driven by growth across its businesses. It remains on track to meet its FY27 outlook and expects to exceed it in select areas.
• Tata Steel: Tata Steel has developed a hot-rolled, fire-resistant E350 structural steel that can retain two-thirds of its room-temperature yield strength at 600°C for up to three hours.
• HAL: Hindustan Aeronautics is set to establish a second production line for the Shakti engine at its Koraput facility in Odisha. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is scheduled to lay the foundation stone for the new line on Tuesday.
• BPCL: The Expert Appraisal Committee under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has recommended environmental and CRZ clearances for BPCL’s ₹1.03 trillion greenfield refinery and petrochemical complex in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
• Narayana Hrudayalaya: The company entered into an Operation and Management Agreement with Mission of Mercy Hospital and Research Centre to operate, manage, direct and control the hospital and provide healthcare services.
• Marico: Marico acquired a 60% stake on a fully diluted basis in Satiya Nutraceuticals, which owns the “PLIX” brand. The company also has the right to acquire the remaining 40% stake, subject to specified terms and conditions.
• Laser Power: Laser Power & Infra secured contracts worth ₹72.76 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India for supplying High Temperature Low Sag conductors and reconductoring two existing 132 kV transmission lines under the North Eastern Region Expansion Scheme-XXIV.
• Adani Power: Adani Power and Bhutan’s state-owned Druk Green Power Corp signed a shareholders agreement to develop the 770 MW Chamkharchhu Hydropower Project in Thimphu, Bhutan.
• Zydus Lifesciences: Zydus Lifesciences, in partnership with MSN Laboratories, launched riociguat tablets in the US in strengths of 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.5 mg, 2 mg and 2.5 mg. The companies are the first to launch a generic version of Adempas (riociguat) in the US; the product was developed and manufactured by MSN Laboratories.
• BGR Energy Systems: The company entered into a Master Restructuring Agreement with National Asset Reconstruction Company, acting through India Debt Resolution Company, for restructuring outstanding debt of ₹3,736 crore.
• JSW Energy: JSW Energy added 1,694 MW of installed capacity since April 2026, including around 1.4 GW of renewable capacity, taking its total installed capacity to 15,147 MW.

BULK DEALS

• AceVector: Negen Capital Services acquired 1.18 crore equity shares, representing a 2.17% stake, for ₹29.78 crore at ₹25.12 per share. Negen Undiscovered Value Fund, managed by Negen Capital Services, held a 2.3% stake before the listing, taking its total stake to 4.47% following the latest acquisition.
