Preference shares kya hote hain?

Preference shares jinko preferred stocks bhi kaha jata hai wo shares hote hai jo enable krte hain ki unko dividend equity shareholders se pehle mile. Agar koi company dividends announce krti hai ya liquidate hoti hai to preference shareholders ko pehle payout kiya jata hai.
Company preference shares capital raise krne k liye issue krti hai jisko preference share capital bhi kaha jata hai.
