Nahi, IPO me shares apply karna ya ye kaha jae ki IPO me shares k liye bid krna is baat ki guarantee nahi deta ki apko shares milenge hi milenge.

IPO application ek bidding process hai, yahan shares ka allotment is baat par depend krta hai ki kitne bids receive hue hai, kis price pr investors apply kar rahe hain,etc

IPO close hone ke baad registrar of the issue sari bidding information collect krke “Basis of Allotment” prepare krta hai. Isme bids received, price jispr investors ne apply kiya hai aur pattern of allotment ki information hoti hai.
