IPO me minimum order quantity ka matlab hai minimum number of shares jo investor ko khareedne padenge us company me apni investment ensure krne ke liye. Ye market lot size se co-incide karta hai kyunki ye minimum no. of shares hai jo apko khareedne hi hai.

For example, Kisi company ABC ka
Price per share- Rs.25 hai
Market Lot Size- 100 shares hai
To Minimum Order Quantity yahan 100 shares hogi
Investors IPO ke liye apply krte time no of lots bhada sakte hai like 100 shares* 1 lot, 100 shares * 2 lots, etc yahan irrespective of the lot no. minimum no of shares 100 hi honge
